With his creativity he helps sell unsellable houses to buyers who can’t qualify for traditional financing. He has done many rehab projects putting nice families in formerly uninhabitable homes.
Joe is a mentor to other real estate investors and has helped beginning investors do their first deals. One of the things Joe is most proud of is that he has helped many families avoid foreclosure.
